Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using any component of the Federal Frontier Platform (“Platform”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. License Grant

Eupraxia Labs, LLC (“Eupraxia”) grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Platform in compiled binary and container image form for any lawful purpose, including commercial and government use. No registration or license key is required.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform
Redistribute Platform binaries or container images as part of a competing product or service
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, documentation, and associated materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of Eupraxia. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

5. No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EUPRAXIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EUPRAXIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

7. No Support Obligation

Eupraxia is not obligated to provide support, maintenance, updates, or patches. Any such services, if offered, will be at Eupraxia’s sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

Eupraxia may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version to this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
