What’s New — SRE Investigator & SME Catalog Docs

Documentation and harness surfacing of the existing Federal Frontier SME catalog model (posse + Remuda Investigator routing) — not a new 50-agent fleet.

This revision documents and surfaces the Federal Frontier SME catalog for operators and Docs Publisher (readthedocs.eupraxia.io). The Investigator + SME model is the productization of FFP posse roles and Remuda tool slices (ADR-033) - harness shaping enablement, not a new agent fleet.

Changes in this revision

• Publish the living SME catalog inventory (maturity ga | lab | planned) with operator exports (python -m app.playbooks, GET /sme-catalog, /assets/sre/sme-catalog.yaml).
• Operator guides: harness shaping, local-first inference, architecture compare.
• Scout quality: Remuda MCP tools required; bash/k8s_get shell misuse rejected so weak local outcomes escalate correctly.
